GRS Hearing Aid Coverage Update
Most Group Retiree Solutions (GRS) plans now include the requirement that all hearing aids must be supplied by our hearing aid vendor.
Effective January 01, 2026 the name of that vendor will change from Hearing Care Solutions to TruHearing.
If you are not a TruHearing provider and are going to fit a patient for a hearing aid, first verify the member’s out-of-network benefits, and then follow the protocol outlined in the following document:
